There are many different types of investment ownership

Full Ownership 

We locate the potential horse for you.
You purchase the horse and cover all training showing costs and receive any prize money

Part Ownership 

You purchase a shared interest in the horse in joint venture with Riverwind farm (Maximum 1 partner in joint venture with Riverwind farm).

Training ande showing costs are covered by Riverwind Farm. Upon sale of the horse you receive your % back on your investment in which the horse has dramatically increased in value( less expenses and training).

Syndication 

A syndicated horse is a top calibre horse that has been divided into many shares and can have a medium to large number of owners. Syndicated owners receive portions of prize money and updates and semi annual newsletters on their horse’s development and show schedule, they are free to sell their shares to any buyer at any time. Shares will be issued in a certificate form. Upon sale of the horse each shareholder will receive their share% back from the sale price less commission.

Riverwind farm holds controlling interest in the syndicate and makes all decisions on training showing and sales of the horse.

Investors of horses at Riverwind farm receive:

• A yearly training plan and show schedule for their horse
• Video footage of all showjumping classes at shows
• Guaranteed advertising and marketing of their company and or company names/logo etc
• Access to view training sessions and monthly progress updates
